Whistleblower Program

KUDU’s Whistleblower Program has been created for the receipt, retention and appropriate treatment of complaints. It is used for confidentially addressing submissions by employees or others regarding reportable concerns. As a matter of sound corporate governance, these procedures are designed to provide a readily understood, prompt and effective means of addressing such complaints or concerns.

The basics of the Whistleblower program are if you believe that you have witnessed business practices that you feel are inappropriate or wrong you should report your concerns in sufficient detail. You should first communicate the concern to KUDU supervisors, store managers or account representatives in order to give them the opportunity to handle the issue. If there has not been an adequate response or conclusion to the concern, please contact Ray Mills directly. When reporting your concerns you may identify yourself or you may remain anonymous.

If mailing your concern, please send to the address below and mark the envelope “Personal and Confidential.” The mail received will only be opened by Ray Mills.
