KUDU Progressing Cavity Pumps (PCP) typically have lower operating and capital costs compared to other artificial lift methods. KUDU PCP’s are engineered to handle the most demanding environments with proven performance in light to heavy oil, thermal, dewatering and coal bed methane operations.


EvenWall technology increases the efficiency of PCP’s by expanding the current capabilities of conventional pumps. The stator pressure is higher and more continuous, which allows for reduced pump lengths, compared to a standard PCP. The elastomer’s uniform wall thickness reduces heat build up and is rated up to 250°C.

The elastomer swells evenly enabling a consistent fit between the rotor and stator, improving pump run life. The reduction in swelling also makes EvenWall well suited for high API applications. KUDU’s EvenWall PCP’s require less drive power for the same production rate and depth.
