Power Units
KUDU offers open-skid and enclosed Power Units for single or multiple, electric or hydraulic well sites. The enclosed unit’s unique airflow design circulates clean filtered air, eliminating overheating concerns and costly well shutdowns.
YOUR COMPLETE OPEN OR ENCLOSED UNIT
Durable Power Unit construction ensures long life and reliability. The efficient layout provides room to work and add accessories such as a gas scrubber or VFD. The fluid containment protects against environmental spillage and the optional sound attenuation package provides noise control. Units are tested and proven in temperatures in excess of 45°C (113°F) and below -40°C (-40°F).

SOUND ATTENUATED
The unit is constructed with sound insulated walls and a hospital grade silencer. The KUDU sound package surpasses the EUB standards Noise Control Directive for rural locations (35 dBA @ 400m).
FUEL DELIVERY OPTIONS
Connect the unit for use with natural gas or propane. It can also be fitted with an optional scrubber package for fuel flexibility.

ENGINE DISPLACEMENTS
Ensuring your operation receives the right amount of horsepower, unit engines are available in 4.3L GM, 5.7L GM, 5.9L Cummins and 8.3L Cummins.
GENSET CONFIGURATION
Available for standby electrical power or pre-service power.
TANDEM PUMP CONFIGURATION
Fit the unit with multiple hydraulic pumps to operate multiple wellhead drives and/or compressors.
HEAT TRACE SYSTEM
Optional package includes centrifugal booster pump, valves and quick connectors.
SAFETY FEATURES
- Two full access doors with windows, panic bars to comply with Occupational Health and Safety Standards for both Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- 12V lighting for excellent visibility.
- Unit is equipped with a fuel shut-off valve to meet with CSA B149.1 Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code.
CLIMATE CONTROL
The computerized Climate Control System monitors the enclosure’s temperature and takes action if the temperature goes lower or higher than specified levels. This option is very useful for severe cold conditions.
CONTROL PANEL
The user friendly readable Control Panel is armed with various parametric checks. If the parameter goes off the specified limits, it shuts down the unit or gives a readable alarm.
